Shipping is free worldwide on all orders above 200€, and duties are included. This means that the price indicated at checkout is final, including any potential duties or service fees that may apply during the shipping process.
We deliver everywhere in the world. Our products are shipped by Colissimo in the European Union, and DHL internationally. Each parcel has a tracking number.
Returns are accepted within 30 days after purchase. Returns are free within the European Union. For other countries, we provide a DHL return label and €29 is deducted from the refund amount. Prepaid import duties or taxes might be deducted if applicable. If an item is being returned due to quality issues, no return fee will be applied.
